Microsoft Envision Greece

On May 29, the challenges and growth prospects of Greece in the digital era will be presented.
NetBee, a Microsoft Partner, staying true to its commitment, will attend this milestone IT Conference, bringing all the latest trends to both the private and public sectors.

Envisioning a future that is digital and positions Greece at the forefront of technological advancements, Microsoft, through Microsoft Envision – a global series of digital events - will unveil ideas and showcase trends shaping Greece's digital transformation journey on May 29 at the Athens Conservatoire.

Politicians, academics, business executives, and institutional leaders will engage in insightful discussions, offering food for thought on how the recent digital acceleration in both the public and private sectors has created new opportunities and opened digital pathways that the country must explore further to fully realize its growth potential. Among this year’s distinguished speakers is Mark Chaban, General Manager, Customer Success & Innovation at Μicrosoft. Also attending are Minister of Health Adonis Georgiadis and Minister of Digital Governance Dimitris Papastergiou.

It is worth noting that the Greek government is one of the first in Europe to adopt AI technologies with Microsoft's assistance. Specifically, the Open AI Bot in Greece, powered by Azure Open AI technology, was created to serve citizens. With mAIgov, citizens can navigate over 5,000 Public Administration processes, while the ChatBot provides precise and up-to-date information on a wide range of services, policies, and procedures. This enables citizens to access the information they need effortlessly, without navigating complex websites or contacting multiple offices. The mAIgov ChatBot is the first and most crucial step toward replicating the solution across other Public Sector entities (e.g., Ministry of Health).

At Microsoft Envision, attention will also center on investments in modern infrastructure that improve the quality of life for Greek citizens while enhancing the operations of businesses and organizations active in Greece. Key topics will include cybersecuritysustainability and artificial intelligence, as they are integral components for long-term prosperity and continuous development.
